Since it'* probably given more than it cost, you may want to bury it and get new, they aren't THAT expensive. If you do decide you want to repair it, try toolpartsdirect.com. They carry bunches of parts for many, many hand tools along with the exploded part views that are printable.

so I was bored, pissed, and frustrated tonight so I decided to rip appart the dremel and attack it with sand paper.
I cleaned up where the brushes rub against, cleaned out the random dirt/**** that was in it, blew out the switch with a can of compressed air I stole from the dorm next door.
boy it made my night to hear it fire up and spin smoothly....i wonder how long it will last though.

I put it back on lift support...hoped a ride to the local walmart super center....got 2 new brushes....seems to work like new again...
