I have had my number on the do not call list for almost three months. I talked to the supervisor, got her name, got the organization name and reported them to the FCC.

While on the phone with them I didn't say anything distasteful (not my style), but I did yell at them and tell them that they are breaking the law and that I would need a name and an organization name from them and that this will be reported to the FCC.

i used to do phone surveys and man it was fun just cause I never had my calls recorded and could argue with the people when I called them at 11pm their time

Lovely, Hans! You've moved on to bigger and better things though Admittedly my brothers used to be telemarketers. Seems like it'* a popular thing to do in high school/college. I repaired computers instead.

I've been on the list since it came out. It'* so nice to ba able to spend a quiet night at home. i've only gotten one call since I was put on the list and politely informed the caller that if I received another call,I would report them and they would be contacted by my attorney

I don't know what is going on. I keep getting calls from "toll free services"

We should be having quiet nights here too. I didn't have this problem with my old number.

In theory, any violators should be fined heavily. Only if someone prosecutes of course, government or otherwise.

I am too much of a geek when it comes to it. I generally have their home address and phone number, satelite imagry of their house and car... work address, cell phone number, supervisors address, managers address and phone number.....just after being on the phone for a few minutes....

nothing compares to calling them, their manager, and supervisor at 11pm at night and saying whatsup and telling them about the new long distance plan you have that only coosts 38cents per minute!!!! make sure you use a skypeout phone though

Oh.. I think I misunderstood your original post... thought that you were a telemarketer calling people at 11 at night! So disregard my comment about moving on to bigger and better things... I misunderstood. Now that I think that i understand better, that is pretty darn cool Hans!

Reminds me of that episode of Seinfeld where Jerry asks for the home phone number of the telemarketer. A classic!
