I bought my car off my mom for 2500 back in 02. She gave me a pretty good deal BUT Then the motor went, then the tranny went. I paid for both not to mention insurance since i was 17 (i'm 21).
My parents did however lend me money for the tranny rebuild and some insurance money. And that was all paid in full. Everything in or put on my car i bought too.
I'm glad my parents just didn't give me the car/money.
It dosen't really bother me when parents buy everything for thier kids.
Theres nothing like the pride in having paid for your own things. It sucks for them that they won't have that.

My parents got me the Bonnie when I was 16. It was only 1000 bucks with a blown motor.

But I payed for the GTP out of my own pocket, and same goes for all the mods too. I work very hard for my stuff.

I worked for most of the vehicles and stuff I got from 16 on. Although my parents did get me a moped as my first "vehicle" when i was 14 to do the paper route. Thats about it. I guess I could say Id like to have a good enough job when Im older to provide things for the kids, but by no means am I going to just give them something.

I don't really like BMW'* at all. I'd take my LSS over most BMW'* any day. If someone offered me a new BMW in exchange for my LSS i'd tell them to get scr%$ed, well minus a M-series. Thats not the point. The point is that they are getting something worth $30+K for free.

And I am still saying you are lying in implying that you would not take it.
