Well over last summer I bought this 79 capri for $300
It was in real good shape, so I thought, it was raining when I bought it....
so I chose not to crawl under under.
.
.
.
.
Well when I did I found this
That would be the lack of a front frame rail and the sway bar ready to pull out
.
.
.
.
So it turned into this :( but I got ALOT of good parts to keep and sold the rest.
.
.
.
.
So that brings us up to today.
I have now another capri that I just got for $500
.
.
.
.
.
Looks pretty good HUH!!
Well I bought it sight unseen, knowing it was still worth it in parts.....
Well I got under it....UHG
Excuse my truck, she is in winterized mode, old rims, bug gaurd, mud flaps, etc..lol
.
.
.
She sounds so good tho!

That was about the same story with me when I bought a Mitsubishi Starion some time ago...it looked semi-decent on the outside, but underneath...eh
So, is it time to visit JC Whitney for floorpans?

Is the S10 fast? That'* the thing I'm most interested in! It looks fast-ish. It has a four banger with what looks like a header and it'* in its lightest configuration (reg cab, short bed, and two wheel drive) and a five speed
BTW I think your engine bay is CLEANER than Bill'*.

LOL
Fast.... LOLOLOLOL
its pure stock power. The 5spd saves it for sure...but not quick at all.
Well, I shouldn't knock it, most people that drive with me think the truck moves along
very well for a 2.2l
I kinda agree, but I think I have just learned how to drive it fast. LOL
It maybe cleaner then wills, but its stock, so I lose
