It'd be nice, except I don't want lightbars!!! lol, basically what I really want is, 2001-2004 white Impala, hubcabless wheels with the hub cover, police scanner maybe a few extra toys inside, antennas in the back for reception, alley light on the driver side only, and then whatever else comes to mind!
EDIT- Push Bumper also!

We have a few guys up in Wisconsin that deal with late model squads. If you're really interested, PM me and I'll get you more info. One guy deals more with the GM'* and the other does mostly Fords. Both guys are very reasonable and do a fair job of cherry picking quality units.

Of course they beat the crap out of them. They are always running and chasing bad people.
Why would you want to be mistaken for a cop car? People will intentionally slow down in front of you to keep from getting a ticket. All it ends up doing is making you look like a guy aiming for a power trip.
If you are looking for a career in enforcement, then aim toward it..but you don't want the boss seeing you pull up in a wannabe cop car the first day. He'd be riding you, looking for any possible issues of being a power trip guy instead of protect and serve patrolman.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, take it easy Billboost! I am going into law enforcement and I would like people to drive the speed limit. So really it wouldn't bother me if everyone drove the speed limit... As of right now (until April 28th), I would be in a security uniform https://www.gmforum.com/t280613/ and it would just make me laugh... I don't think wanting people to obey the speed limits is having a power trip, I think it'* more of a "wow people are driving safer" trip..

lol April 28... my birthday... funny lol
I for one dont usually bother with slowing down if im around a cop... if im speeding by the time i see him, im within radar range and already busted... if its just another punk with a look-a-like cop car he just got passed... hehe
but i usually dont go too much over the limit anyways so the cops have to be in a mood to want to pull me over... heck usually im going 5-10 over and getting passed by them regardless

Yea same here, cops usually go over the speed limit, they don't care and can get away with it, actually, I think there'* a new law out saying they can pretty much do what they want (in a car anyways).

I have a friend that bought one of those. Then there was a rash of people getting pulled over by a kid in a old cop car. The cops kept pulling him over thinking it was him. He finally had a windshield sticker made that said, Not a Cop.

That'* kind of funny, I pulled someone over once, but it was a friend and there were people in her car that knew I was going to do it, it was quite funny. See I plan things out and pull over friendlies not random people (that'* not cool). I wouldn't pull anyone over, I've always liked the Impalas and I'm going to be a police officer one day, what'* a better way to get me closer then to add a pushbar, alley light, and a few toys inside a white Impala! For my pleasure only of course, I was thinking about getting a new car for a while though, since the transmission on my Bonneville could go out soon. Maybe not for another 20-30,000 miles, but close enough where I'd rather hand it off to someone else then pay for it... is that bad?

I beat my patrol car like a rented mule when I was on the force.
Those cars get good maintenance, but it'* because they need it to keep them together until they can be fully depreciated.
There is no way I would every buy a used cruiser, unless I was bored and wanted to spend lot'* of time under the hood, or under the car.
