I don't make my own wort. It'* too time consuming and takes alot of space, which I don't have.
I buy the premium ingredients and malts. I can brew a case-sized keg in about 20 minutes. Not including sterilization.
From the premium pre-mixed ingredients, I play around with the flavor and alcohol content with other sugars, honey, hops, etc. Different types of liquid yeast, too.
