Interesting. That is actually helpful if the family were to persue a wrongful death suit. Ofcourse it won't bring the lady back, but c'mon. Ofcourse, this is form a legal standpoint.
I kind of feel personally that sometimes we need to suffer the consequences for our actions. There'* two sides to every story.
But the point is those kids lost their mother.
The station should give those kids a Wii also.

If the station did not look into the possibilty of something being harmfull to the contestants health so she could at least be warned that there were risks then shame on them, espeacially if people told them it was dangerous and they didn't listen.
Other wise, no one held a gun to her head and made her drink the water, sometimes we have to be responisble for our own actions. Still, it'* a sad ending to a life, and I'm sorry for her family'* loss.
