Maybe the Geo Metro. About 40 mpg if I remember reading that right. I was/am actually considering one as a second vehicle/daily driver. I would HAVE to make it look as silly as possible though. Big wing on top, big exhaust, big hood scoop. Just because. And, it would have to be the 3 cylinder.
