well apparently my truck is freaking unique cause after 3 diff u joints and 20 mins aruguing with the idiot in autozone explaining that the ones he gave me dont fit..i said forget it and started having a beer or 7 and now im pissed because my truck is now FWD lol with no rear shaft because the u joint caps are bigger for the axle than they are for the driveshaft so i have two diffrent size caps with internal and external clips and nobody carrys one like that so now tomorrow i have to but two freaking u joints just to make one good onedh2.....its okay cause ill pull the two caps then put the other two on and return it at a diffrent store....But anyways now im sitting here on my 8th brew enjoyin myself relaxing...Just thought id ingform the bs i went through with my universal today...vent over

I think whoever had the truck before made a Frakentruck. Either the drive shaft or the rear axle isn't original.

my grandpa....he never changed anything..the original owner did order it to haul his 5th wheel i know the rear end is 3 42 gears so they may have put a rear end from something else in it from the factory

Take the last 8 of the VIN to the stealership they will get you the proper part number then use that to cross reference
