Bring the pic to about 8 i-12 nches from your eyes and put your eyes on level with the pic; readjust the tilt of your screen or move your head down so your looking straight in to the center.
While staring at the center of the pic, defocus your eyes as if you were looking at something very far away, but don't take your eyes off the pic or look around at all. The pic will change some while your brain trys to process the image, don't move your or refocus your eyes. WHen the pic takes on some clarity and it looks like its in the background of a 3 dimensional box then you can start looking around the inside of the pic at the back of the box, I usually begin to look from left top corner to right top, the 3d image should then just appear. It important to to refocus outside of the pic box and your eyes should be somewhat equal in their vision. Many people with a bad eye can't see the 3d image.
