ICS. Run the wizard. Go to help, and type in "internet connection sharing" There should be a wizard to run it. Do this on the PC first, as it will be the host.
ICS is not preferred. You'd be ALOT better off plugging your internet connection into the WAN port on the router, and then piping both pc'* to it independently. ICS will slow down the host computer, and is a pain to get working right. And the PC has to be on for it to work.
