Why is tint illegal anyways? As long as the driver can see through it clearly I don't see the reason that its illegal. Its nice case it looks good and offers privacy. :?

Safety, and dumasses.
Safety - People (especially police) need to be able to see inside a vehicle to know what'* going on in there.
Dumasses - You don't limit it, some dumass is goping to black out every window on their car except the windshield.

By the way.........real sorry to hear, and secondly........am I half asleep or do I not see how much the fine is for? That'* the first thing I was checking for. 3rdly.......holy cow........6'3"......is that with high heels on? I think you need to take this cop out for a coffee and donuts. He needs to be your new best friend and not show up in court.
My advice would be to plead NOT GUILTY and do the plea bargain.
