Just a warning not to this thread - Jim is leaving Will as my only victim now.....
On a serious note, never even having met you in person, Jim, I still feel like you're someone I can easily call a friend. (I thought of that on the way to work this morning, and felt it needed to be added)
Later Bud!!

Adding to Don'* comments up above.......still thinking about all this and reminiscing.
Don and I went it alone for a long time. When things got hot at times, Jim would always step up to fill the 'Battlefield Admin' role. When things cooled off, he always went back to Moderating. After the second or third round of this, Don and I figured out it was pretty stupid to move him back and forth. We were realizing that he had a neat little bag of skills and tricks that we were lacking. In a sense, he was the 'opposite force' that complimented the Admin Staff. It'* not always good to have 3 out of 3 agreeing.
Jim taught us to be objective, and Don and I learned as much from him as he learned from us. We have those skills to this day.
He'* a friend, partner, and role-model, and a member of the Bonneville Community forever. We are what Jim helped to make us.

Hey Jim... sorry to see you go from here, but I'll still see plenty of you at ACNA I suppose... which is too bad for me. There'* a roast for you!
Now I too must be sappy, and also add that you have been a great BC presence, resource, and friend to have out there... and (none of the Bonneville die-hards will like this) but you ARE the reason I started shopping for an Aurora when my Bonnie went up in smoke! Your words have always been spoken with professionalism and tact, which is something everyone should appreciate... even if they haven't always agreed.
See you around, bud!
