Wake, I am very touched about your suggestion. And I'm glad I've been some help to you and a lead in car mods. I been interested in Customizing since I started putting models together: always finding some way to make them mine. The moderator position is for someone who has more patience and tact than I posses, and as Will mentioned, it has to be a team effort of same thinking people. I shoot from the hip and have never been a conformist( and why I'm so creative I imagine).
While I have been an execellent foreman, superviser, and Dept. Head..... that is in a setting where It'* my way or the highway and would'nt play well here.

Would be nice to see a GXP-Northstar member get Gearhead status but I am happy with the way I'm settling into the club and people seeing i have valid ideas and being touched isnt always a bad thing

pretty much what you saying is you dont fit the job description and thats fine but i seriously think we need to try and find some new and or more moderators and dont get me wrong i love bc and i would do almost anything to stay here i dont wanna be pushed away or kicked out so dont treat me like **** let me get this right this is the lounge and i can talk about off topic stuff so why cant i speak my mind about what i think

To a point you can my friend , but there are some things that have to be held in respect. Profanity and vulgarity could negatively define the Club. And the club also has to keep It'* standards intact. As an avid street racer I would love to relate my stories and experiences, BUT the Club has a duty to stay within the bounds of what society deems lawfull. I am happy the Club allows someone like me to join and I give it the respect back by not pushing my thoughts on these kind of activities.

If enough of us have similar interests then we should explore opening a web site to talk about them.

Why is it that you are "demanding" new moderators? This forum has rules, which are ABOVE the moderators, and possibly even the admins. The owner, in conjunction with the admins, have created rules which are more or less common sense to ensure that BC is legal, peaceful, and long lasting. Anyone made mod, will enforce rules which they are told to.

BC could fire all the mods, and put in a staff of YOUR choice, and you still wouldn't be allowed to talk about street racing and say what ever you choose on the forums. Moderators have an obligation to the admins, admins to the owner. The place goes down hill enough, the owner shuts the site down and there will be thousands of lost souls.

IMO I think Billboost should get MOD status. He seems to be very supportive in keeping things in line on here and he doesnt have to. Bills just a "nice guy" Lol

Lets keep it nice guys.... I dont see any demanding in wakes post and the Moderator positions are the domain of the Club owner. Wake just spoke his mind and that is what a forum is.... a free exchange of ideas. A Forum is Not a debate.

Agreed that Bill is very helpful. Unfortunately, he can't be a moderator because of his other status.

Bill'* probably choking on his coffee when he reads it He has alot of activities and interests that keep him busy and I'm sure wouldnt consider anyway. The position is very mentally and time demanding .
