GXP Info Ordered
I contacted Pontiac and asked them for some info about the GXP. They sent me a nice 8x10 photo of it, with stats and prices of course. But along with the info, they also sent me a 8x10 of a the new G6. They are really trying to sell this new car badly it seems. Dont look to bad, and comes with a nice chrome wheel option.

G6 replaced the grandam. I think Pontiac wants to go to a G Series, which I think is so stupid. I hate that european **** with letters and numbers. Just stick with a name, IMO.

Actually they're REALLY nice cars. Since I'm on the hunt for a new car I took a look at one that was sitting on the showroom floor. The one I looked at was nicely equipped with things you wouldn't expect on a car like that, especially for $21,290 with 10 miles on it. It had awesome seats too which is rare to find in newer cars.
The coupe looks pretty sweet to me.

. . . Forgot to rant about the name. The "G" series is stupid. Its a domestic car company pretending they're import. I hate saying, Oh thats a nice color on that VX7598GHV. Plus there is name recognition to consider. You can probably get an image of a Crown Victoria or an Impala in your head, but now try a 850CSi. Stick to names.

I think they look nice, however I would wait for the 2006 model when they come out with the bigger engine and can get some feed back on how the 2005 are holding up. but thats just me always needing more power!
