When you look at it in the big picture, a Bonneville just isn't a car that should be hassled over not being put in a GT game. There'* not an awful lot of demand for it. Other than some select-few people (ie, this forum), who'* going to race a Bonneville for reasons other than nostalgia? I know that in my copy of GT4, any luxo-sedan ownership will be of the RWD kind
However, the Bonneville is the definition of an American sports sedan.

The vibe probably weighs about 1000lbs less then a Bonneville. It'* based off of the Corolla platform, so it'* a MUCH better turning car then any stock bonneville. It also has some decent power from the factory, 180 or 200 HP i believe.

The Vibe and the Matrix are based off of the Corolla platform. It'* a joint venture between Pontiac and Toyota.
FWD car IMO isn't a sport sedan platform. Manuals are necessary too IMO.
the CTS-v is the definition of the American Sports Sedan.

As far as racing though such as SCCA Club Racing, I'd agree that the Cadi is the only "performance sedan" out there currently although I think there'* arguements for the SRT-4 and SHO. The new Charger will be 4-door and the 300C is nice. Then you have your upper models of Bonne'*. Other than that, I can't think of too many domestics pumping 200+ HP

many domestics have a lot of power. However they don't have sports car tendencies. Also. the Charger/Magnum are generally thought of as muscle cars, common, or slightly nicer sedans that have huge engines. Pony Cars (like the mustang) are built more for sport, but they're budget sports cars. Good sized engine, sporty chassis, and cheap.
Corvettes are 2 seaters. :?
Ford 500 Taurus have over 200 HP, Interpids do,
