But I might buy corvette racintg just cause it'* vettes and is $10....
The vibe probably weighs about 1000lbs less then a Bonneville. It'* based off of the Corolla platform, so it'* a MUCH better turning car then any stock bonneville. It also has some decent power from the factory, 180 or 200 HP i believe.

The bonneville is a funny car, it'* not really great at anything. Doesn't stand out. It'* too big for the import crowd to consider, it'* not a muscle car, it'* FWD, it'* heavy.

It'* great at killing MR2 Spyders on mountain courses. Sounds like you need to work a bit more on the cars handling and steering, Jason. We've got cars here at the peak of local Auto-X, Drags, and other classes. Killing these 'imports' you speak of on a daily basis. What are these 'imports' ye speak of, and how do we find them to kill them?

Wait, we got Bonnevilles at the peak of AutoX?
The car still is a boat, and as in stock, lightweight runabouts can turn circles around them while still offering generally comparable straight-line performance (as in NA). When you get into cars about as fast as an SSEi, well, fugeddabout comparing stock handling

I wish they would have put a CompG in there, or at least a late model GTP. With certain suspension upgrades, they will pull around a .90 to .95 on the skidpad. Pretty wild in a car like that.
