Amen!, The brakes/shocks/alternator shouldnt be near that, I found a hip for $513, a chrome diamond plate rear bumper for near $200. If I get off with 5g'* total I guess I cant bitch to hard for a truck whose body/interior is in good shape. The 94 style ran through 2002 so it still looks modern for a 15 year old truck.

Cheer up biggin... its another $4800 if you had to replace the injectors... that came thru a couple days ago on a 2001... i about shat a brick and almost fell off the stool at work when i heard his cost for repairs
and oddly enough the manager was right... even still you cant get another one for that price hehe but im prayin for ya, let us know when your wifey repaints the bathroom venom/blood red lol j/k
btw will look into the covers tomorrow after my deliveries are done... itll take a bit to find the dealerships that have them and all that

Arent the injectors sitting on top of that pump already? I thought with Dodges it was just nozzles at the cylinders.

Welcome to Dodge. Where the maker dodges all responsibility for ever building such a heap of crap.
A buddy had to swap that pump. I think the price is that high because of supply and demand. There'* a huge demand and no fricking supply.
gut it, dump it. and buy a duramax.
