There are a few different types of Q4. The HO W41 being the best and the LG0 being behind it. I've seen these motors take a ton of boost and spray and keep on ticking. Most of the time it'* the axels that break and not the motor. Love those little engines.
Also now that I look at that car again, I can really tell it used to be a GT. No aero package, sits too high, and the wrong rims (but you said that). Still a nice car though.

My dad said it was a GT car. He said he put this one together before 1988 that'* before the production GTU was being made. He said he used to get in all types of concept cars to paint and add body cladding too back in the day.
My dad worked for GM from 1980 all the way up to the mid 90s. My mom worked at the same building my dad did from the early 80s all the way up till 2009.

That'* cool. The college my step-dad used to work for has a 1990 Indy Beretta Convertible. It'* in concept form so part of it are different like the seats mainly. It also has no door panels, front splitter, or third brake light.
In these pics they have the transmission out of it. It was a trainer car donated by GM. It had a big sticker on the windshield that said "Do not drive, license, yada yada"
It worked though, I drove it many times. Had a bangin stereo too.

Jeeves. He asked Will Smith about putting something out in front of his store to bring in more customers. Don't remember the exact phrase, but he used the word "bangin".
