The Tribe collapse in the final 3 games was damn near Mets-esque...seriously.
Outscored 30-5 in 3 games. As soon as Lofton didnt get the wave home in the 7th, I turned it off, I knew it was over, it was a backbreaker play. An additional 8 runs didn't suprise me, a play like that in a close game is so deflating, the Pedroia and Youk homeruns were good to solidify a win, but the game was over when Lofton was stopped at 3rd.
Here come the Rockies.
Outscored 30-5 in 3 games. As soon as Lofton didnt get the wave home in the 7th, I turned it off, I knew it was over, it was a backbreaker play. I understand why he made the call, but, c'mon, game 7, pennant on the line, Lofton has the speed, Manny doesn't have the arm. But, Kenny got the short end of the stick all game, see that "out" that was called on the double off the wall? Cleveland ties the game a lot earlier if that was called correctly.
