omg im so excided i gotta tell everyone!!!! IM GETTING BRACES!!! finally but the bad thing is im gettin them on friday the 13!!! thats scary but that was the quickest they could get me so ya...wish me luck!!! :(

yep, best of luck. Braces was something I went through, had them off for 14 months now, had them for almost 3 years. Wore retainer full-time until June, and now I only wear them at night. Be prepared and have some pain killers on hand, just in case. The first couple appointments may leave you a bit sore. It'* worth it, I tell ya

Yea, still wearing my braches :( but they are gonna be off in a month or so. Make sure you wear your retainer too. There was a kid in my geometry class that said he never wore it....... lets just say it was obvious he didn't

ok lilpooky, they arn't as excting as they sound! They are painful when you first get them on and when you get them adjusted. Trust me on this, I had braces on and off for 10 years

Just remember that the pain is only temporary and the outcome will be well worth it. My son has had braces and he loves having his teeth perfect.
