Finally getting back into it!
Well I finally decided to get back into playing music. It'* been at least 15 years since I played and I really miss it. So my choice of toys was this.
It'* a Peavey Millennium 5 BXP. Can't wait to pick it up. Only paid for part of it.

My goal was to pick up something cheap just get get back into it. Considering everything is more expensive in Canada compared to the U.*., I bought it brand new for 319$CAD. I had Crystal'* brother try it out to get his opinion since he plays guitar and bass currently and I haven't for a while. He said it was nice and he would even buy one, and for the price he didn't think it could be beat.

Hehe, actually I may have a chance to practice with Crystal'* brother and her Uncle also plays too, he plays drums. I would like to teach myself enough so I can sit there and play with them whenever and just enjoy it again.
I don't wanna hear any comments about my last sentence, I know the women around here have dirty minds, lmfao.

Sounds like you got a decent deal on it. They list in US for $349.99 a lil cheaper On sale though but still a decent bass for a decent price.
Do you play by Ear or can you read music? I play instruments by ear. Never picked up on Reading the music.

I have a 50 watt bass amp downstairs that my bro used to use when he played keyboard. Crystal'* brother does have a 200watt bass amp he may sell, but the 50 watt is fine for now.
