Easiest thing to do is....

1)Take a double-ended audio cable (male headphone stereo connector on both ends) and plug one end into your audio out, the other into microphone or audio in.

2)Set up your recording software and start recording. You can always edit it later.

3) Start your video.

4) After video is done, close it, save your new .WAV file, then edit it as you see fit.
