Well this year there will be a gathering of about 1000 people in the chow hall throughout the evening. My luck, we'll be out on patrol trying to find trouble.

hmm, grandparents are coming up here from VA on thursday and umm yeah. so just the 4 of us here. and then we are goin on a 5 day vacation in door county.

Nothing planned so far, I have off this year and invited what little family I have and they all had other plans... it sucks only having 5 relatives.
The daughter, her BF, and my grandson are going to the BF'* family so I won't even get to play with my brat until later

maybe I'll make a pizza and go see a movie or something..

Chad,

Many of us have the fortunes of being with family for the holidays while you fight over there for our freedoms! Although I'm Canadian, we too are over there fighting for the "cause". So this holiday I say "Thanks"giving wishes to you and your brave comrads over there and hope you can at least take a moment to enjoy some good old fashion Turkey even if it is with 1000 other guys in a "mess hall"!!!
