For the first time in almost 30 years, there won't be a Thanksgiving at my end of the Schlesinger. I'm currently living in Texas; in town until the day after Turkey Day staying at my inlaws place so I can't host it. My uncle is having turkey at his wife'* side of the family and my cousins are either female and married into other families or male and stupid.
I did stake claim to my mother in law'* kitchen though so the meal will still be cooked by me.

We're hosting 12 people at our house this year. We've been married and living in our own house for four years, but this is a first for us to host.
Wednesday and Friday are both regular work days for me though.

Just the usual...head over to the in-laws, pound down turkey until I'm about to bust, loosen the ol' belt & pound down another plate. Probably fire up the bike Fri or Sat, maybe put up the Christmas lights, go look at a 99 SSEi if I have the time...who knows. I'll just play it by ear.
