Already tride replacing the file
comres.dll that int he error message, but it didn't seem to help.
Iv done windows updates.
Virus Scanned.
Spyware Scanned.
Defrag.
Scandisk/checkdisk...
im running out of ideas :?

Time to relax.
You've tried a lot of things already. You may just need to backup what you can and run a repair install. It may not be a perfect fix, but it should get you where you need to go.
