EEE! Sounds like a nightmare...these units don't have a W/D in the apartment, so that won't be a worry. Looks like baseboard heaters and wall a/c units. I'm not one to crank the heat or a/c either, unless it'* extremely cold, or extremely hot. Also has an electric range, no dishwasher, and gas and water are included in the rent price. ($500-ish/mo)

I don't have a desktop computer, just my laptop...I rarely watch TV, and like the dark, so I don't think the electric bill will be bad...just the cable! For good high-speed and basic cable, it'* around $100 a month :(

Either way, gonna have a roommate that'* gonna help out...a "special" roommate hahah
