sorry to see it tom, but at least your alright, the car can be bought back and stripped of all its goodies, thats if they total it, however ive seen insurance companies fix worse

This is a prime example of what I have said a 1000 times. Tommy chose the ditch because he was paying attention. Had he not, things would have come out much worse. Remember, in the end your responsible for your own hide. You may have been in the right being in your lane, and your more then welcome to argue that all you want from your hospital bed.

The worst thing about it is that the DD prolly has no idea what he did.
