Depends on whether or not youre parking uphill or downhill. Uphill I believe th tires would need to be pointing opposite the curb so if you rolled back the curb would stop the car before it went too far into traffic.

Step 3:
Turn the steering wheel toward the curb if the car is facing downhill. The front part of the front tire should be turned into the curb.
Step 4:
