Just do it while your on broadband and cache it

I use my desktop on broadband and my laptop on dial up. what a **** off when the fastest I can get on dial up is 28.8 at the hotels and usually no more that 24.4.. Makes for a long night trying to read posts, then again not like I have anything else to do in the hotel except watch TV ( since Renee is not with me that is )

Rogue......turn your lights down to just the parking lamps in your pic. It blinds me every time I scroll through the posts.

Cut the brightness down on the chrome and the reflection on the paint too.

I will fix it once I get home, I have the size set to load in about 2 sec on a 56K connection. I can afford to go to maybe 4-5 sec, LMAO.

I am doing my best to comply, but for people with a real slow dial up, there is the option to turn of pictures (You still get to see the, but you have to tell it to)

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and find it in the list. The drawback is that you have to right click on the picture placeholder, and select "Show Picture" to see the desire image.
