Keep it no larger than mine or Jim'*. Use those as a guide. If someone (including you, David) REALLY has a problem with the size of mine, PM me, and I'll fix it. No sweat.

Some ppl are hardheaded (hate to say that) and this is the only way of getting to ppl by going on and on until ppl actually do it. Or PM them.

Yup, the best way to keep people in line is to bludgeon them to death with reminders.
