Back with my supplies and enuff Beer to float the my pontoon boat Sad thing is the river has yet to crest, the largest hospital in the area just went underwater, bridges are collapsing (we are now cut off from Albany, I -88 had two bridges tore right out....Interstate bridges not 20 years old, the flood wall that protects Downtown Binghamton is cracking and leaking more, entire nieghborhoods are underwater, and a major dam 50 miles north from here built in the 50'* just overflowed it'* spillway for the first time. But they tell us it should hold. But now the spillway water is going to further impact the river. Glad I live at 1700 feet but feel sorry for alot of friends and family. They dont expect the river to crest till 7 tomorrow nite.
