It has a sink, stove that attaches outside, one electrical outlet, a queen and a full bed and a twin bed, a gas heater, gas/electric/battery fridge, and a table.

I knew your parents wanted you gone..but won't that be cold in the winter?

You forgot to list the crooked awning.

Them pop-ups are nice.

Welcome to the popup camping world! Glad you made it. Now...go out and enjoy that Clipper! BTW, what are you towing it with? That looks like it may weigh <2000# loaded.
