I dont like politics. Never have never will and if I think that my one vote actually counts, it didnt because the person I would have voted for didnt win.

its really hard to get jazzed about voting when you cant even be sure who stands for what and what platform each side has under it.
all i could tell for sure is that there wasnt a single person i wanted to vote for becuase they were so engrossed in insulting the other candidates, i had no clue what they stood for.
thats why i like presidential elections more - you cant help but know whos on what side, aside from the campaign promises and the bs ads, you get the debates - its impossible not to at least get a hint of who someone is through a couple of debates.

well what would be the point of voting if the person everyone liked was elected... someone has to be on the minority side of the vote...

i voted for the first time yesterday, but my friends that like to complain about everything didnt vote! mainly i voted about the stupid transportation bill that passed here.....
