UPDATE:
I got a call from a well-known reporter at a local new station today.
He said we are definitely doing my story. When I told him I found personal items in the car (bulbs, ceramic tiles, hats...) he was immediately on my side.
I'm waiting for a call back to schedule an interview.

Hopefully I get a phone call from the reporter today. He didn't call me back last Friday to schedule an interview. :?
I got this from the BBB this morning. It'* a closed case with them. Too bad it won't really do much as most won't know about it. Let'* hope the news comes through for me.
While a file w/ the BBB may not do much damage, I'm surprised a business actually IGNORED the BBB for a month. Completely unprofessional IMO.

Will do Bill.
I e-mailed my contact at NBC. I have not heard back from the reporter regarding our interview. I REALLY hope he still can do my story. He was nominated for Emmy Awards on his "investigative reporting."
