The bad part is that I am on-call 24/7 for work and I don't own a home phone. Being stupid I checked my voicemail to see if anyone had called me, and the phone STILL works. I didn't have any issues with it. I'm still going to keep the battery out of it until atleast Sunday just to be safe, but as of now, it appears to be working o.k. P.*. I don't know why i said I dropped it in the toilet, I didn't, it was actually in the sink with running water. the phone wasn't submerged, but the keypad got a little bit wet. Who knows why I called the sink the toilet.

yeah, i washed and dried mine. I put it in rice for a week and i'm still using it! i've had this phone now since march of 2005 and it doesn't look like its going anywhere soon!

I was just gonna say, they have a little indicator on the battery or the phone itself that turns pink if it'* been in contact with water. My phone, being European, does not have this, because the phone companies in Europe are not as ****-ish
(though they charge €30 for 600 minutes)
