Hey I work at Wally world, and our return policy is to satsifiy the customer, but we know that certain people take advantage of the return policy. What can you do?

On of our fearless Admins works at Wal-Mart as well, so I don't think it'* advisable to call them stupid.

That'* why I loves me some WalMart. They got just about everything I need, and if I buy something I decide I don't need (or The Missus TELLS me I don't need), no big hassle taking it back.

Someone else I know complained because they got a gift card/store credit once instead of cash. The only thing I could think was "Where the hell else you gonna spend it??"

And the whole "WalMart mistreats their employees blah, blah, blah..." My ex worked there and loved it.

I appreciate a company that goes out of its' way to provide good customer service, and don't try to take advantage of them. Home Depot down here is the same way. The return policies are particularly helpfull when I have a project and end up with leftover materials (things went well, in other words, lol).

I am about ready to hit 6 years at Wal-Mart, started when I was 17. So far they have helped me buy 6 cars(through trading in and purchasing one new), lived on my own in Houston, TX(by Bush airport kinda ghetto but not too bad). I really like my job and have no complaints.

Could you return condoms? I'm just curious, because you just mentioned that the return policy is to SATISFY the customer. I'm hoping that Wally World provides condoms.
