well when ever i START to fell sick i always take a shot of myquill and 2 shots of yeager
always seems to work for me... im passed out in about an hr and i sleep for hmmm 12 hrs and i wake up feeling fine... hope this helps prob wont but ya never know..

Jalepenoes (sp?) , onions (raw), grapefruit, hot herbal tea and tobasco sauce on everything you eat!! It'll flush what ever you have in out out; keep napkins handy

It must be a ohio thing cause me and the fiance have a cold as well.
I have injested enough vitamins in the past few days that i shouldnt need to take any for a couple months and i seem to be fighting it off pretty good just got a runny nose and a slight tickle in my throat.

Oil of oregano. You get it at the health food store or a vitamin shop. IT WILL work, at least it has for me, no colds in the last 6 years, and I live in Michigan, winters get pretty cold......
