Let me know how it goes..... and give me as much detail as possible in regards to the overall situation(why they were swapping the motor, what caused the issue, year, milage..... etc.).

I passed up a 99 for 600 bucks because I didnt want to mess (and not equipped to) with it. Same thing, LIM failure caused the engine to lock up, then it had been sitting in a yard for over a year with the nasty mess baking in there. Yeah I'm pretty sure the motor was scrap iron. Immaculate otherwise, and roughly 100k miles. probably still sitting in thier yard unless they had it hauled off
