Could not have said it better myself....I have a friend right now that is a Database analyst for BOSE and he is going to work in a new call center and they are going to TRAIN him to work on Exchange administration, Server 2000/2003 administration, and all that other fun stuff. TRAIN him while they pay him!

Why? Because he'* an internal transfer. You would never see an offer like that on the outside. :(
