There is NO such thing as the white curse. I don't believe it. All my white cars were the best ones.

Even though I almost had a fire in my 94 from the pinched seat wires, and my SC failed on my 92.

When doing work under the console or on the radio, i usually just drop the seat as low as it can go, and tilt it up some, then put my feet on the headrest and hang under the dash...

The car didn't try to kill him bacause it'* white...geesh lol.

I also got a good chuckle with the mental image of this happening. Glad to hear your ok. I believe in the white curse, but I highly doubt that has to do with what happened. Just a kawinky-dink. :?

I believe that cars have a tendency to reflect their owners. If the last owner was REALLY mentally disturbed I'd be more careful around that car until it starts liking you.

I agree that cars have personalities and resemble their owner, when we first got ours (36k miles in eight years let you know) it didnt like to go in any hurry and about a week after we bought it it would love to go. When we first bought it to pass a car on a two lane HWY you would have to floor it before you left the lane to get moving. Now it has to be in the other lane when you floor it. We had gotten used to the floor it and give it a sec. and one day we did this and just about ran the Crown Vic off the road and we were about 2 car lengths away. So yes I think they have a personality.

LOL, this same thing happened to me before but because i dont have a center console i was able to wiggle and turn to the side and SQUEEZE out the other side..took all but 45 mins and i was inside a locked garage at -3* if i had a console i probably woulda been a goner lmao. but yeah, i do that seat down and then tilt and lay backward thing its quite weird...it..smells different down...there.
