All three questions can be answered with the same thing... and I think Bill alluded to it.... aside from that, will'* suggestion is another good one. not really a woodsy activities, but a good one none the less. There are plenty of card games that would work fine as well.

I love camping!! You could play UNO or gin rummy. If you want a drinking game play black or red. Or just make up a rule for UNO like if you get a draw 4 you have to do a shot.
You could play spin the bottle (saw that on Sex in the City recently). Do a scavenger hunt. Go get lucky in the woods. There are all sorts of things you can do.
