I'll try to contact them. I think it'* BS spending that much on shipping. I never would have bought them if the shipping was that high to begin with.

Seriously tho, investigate shipping. I doubt its that spendy. He wont go the extra mile, so you may have to....just a suggestion seeing you cant get the money back from him (which is wrong IMO).
When a seller is not upfront about costs (all costs) and keeps money without sending a product, that is theft in my opinion. Being up front from the start is where he went wrong.

I've sold stuff on Ebay and underestimated the shipping cost and I ended up covering the cost myself. That is only the right thing to do. I wouldn't go through with the deal. If he ended the auction without you bidding on the item then he can't leave you negative feedback.
I personally wouldn't pay that much extra! If it was just a few bucks that is one thing but not that much more!!
