this is his current ride, 95 grand am se

he has been looking for over a year and cant decide on anything

the last car he liked was an 87 YELLOW corvette

he found this near rochester, and my dad and him are going to look at it tomorrow.

my opinion: i think the car looks GREAT, definately a head turner, but its damn near 20 years old! it will be quick, but the bonnie will be faster. he dont think he will treat it like he should, you should see how rough his car is currently, (that pic above is VERY OLD)

On on the fence on this one... I love my Bonne, but there'* something to be said for a 2 door V8. If the Camaro were a stick it'd be more appealing.

that is somewhere near the color i am planning to paint my 89. You talked about getting an L67 and modding it, well why not just mod that engine? I know that the L67 is popular here, but lets talk about modding that 5.7L 350. Sure a modded L67 will walk it, but, i bet a modded 350 will walk a L67.

Hell yeah. A modded 350 will most definately walk right past a bonnie. If he is gonna take the time and money to mod a Bonnie and he has a chance to mod a nice camaro like that, I highly recommend he go for the beautiful sound of 8 pistons exerting the beautiful symphony they tend to sing. and with a body like that, you have to admit, its a nice car. Now, dont get me wrong, the bonnevilles a freakin quick, but we have to recognize when something else is quicker, otherwise, we would be ignorant. I tend to be ignorant at times, but i then feel dumb for being ignorant...

the most modding he will be doing is filling up gas.. just not that type of kid... i still cant picture him driving this...

He'* got 230hp-330tq to play with. That should be enough to satisfy him for now.
