Sunflower seeds make my mouth hurt. When I'm bored, I go for whatever is in my dorm room-which I just ran out of cheese and crackers....dang it.

Garlic cheese, pepporoni, chips.....I'll go through one of those sticks of pepporoni in like a week!!!! I know, "wow, ur chlorestoral must be through the roof", thats where the garlic comes in I also like roasted garlic bulbs.......my wife hate'* me in the morning though

frozen chocolate chip/chunk cookie dough (in the pre-made cookie size) I find it'* easier to break off one cookie and stop, than say peanut butter m&m'* (which the whole bag could very easily disappear)

If I'm at work I will chew bubble gum and blow big bubbles (luckily the bossman doesn't mind and he pops gum too) I can blow a bubble within a bubble

If I'm at home I will grab a handful of peanuts (gave up sunflower seeds under protest) but I got to have my nuts (no comments from the peanut gallery here!!!)

Lately I've been on a homemade popcorn kick. I use that butter flavor non-stick spray and it is so yummy and not a lot of calories.
