So, lets use scrap paper to make fuel instead of recycling it for more paper? More fuel is wasted moving scrap paper around then is saved.

Hi, I work the government. (US Air Force)

We don't even use bio-diesel in our trucks. We aren't allowed to. That crap turns to sludge if it isn't used in a week.

Also, E85 sucks. I'll never be buying it.
