Echo Hatchback, which is Canada-only, is good stuff when it comes to bang for the buck. A nicely-equipped version should run less than $20k Canadian, and this includes stuff like alloys, TRD suspension and exhaust. Plus, Toyota reliability, durability, and resale value to boot. Better than the Daewoo-based Aveo BS that'* going around - they're priced about the same, too.

That just might be my choice... if not, sign me up for a fully-loaded Corolla. Seriously.

Wow... a Top of the line 4 door ECHO is only 17,951 MSRP, although ABS is a $340 option....
