back to the *somewhat* real world tomorrow
As of 7:15 AM Monday, I will officially be a SENIOR. I'm not real happy about summer ending and heading back to school, but its my last time heading back to high school for my first day of school. 6AM is going to come early, so I"m about to get some sleep. Weird knowing i'm starting my last year of high school. I cant wait till 2:15 tomorrow. I guess I'm back to the *somewhat* real world tomorrow.

Yeah, but then I start college, which is the *almost* real world. During basketball season I dont get home to 7 on practice nights and 10:00 on game nights. During baseball its more like 5 on practice nights and 9-10:00 on game nights.

Well look on the good side, you get to pick on all the little freshman.
I was SUPPOSED to be class of '07, but I had no choice but to leave school Feb. of '06 to take care of my grandmother. She is fine now, so I am going to get my GED and get my ASE/GM Goodwrench certs.

This is just a day of stuff no school. With school and sports it gets hard to do everything. Beginning is Football, Homecoming, then, track, tutorin, all while doing (yes I know kind of geek like but hey I get to go to Florida for spring break because of it)band , forensics, and most of all the girlfriend. The usual day for me starts at 6 and ends at 10:30. six is out the door time and 10:30 is getting home on a good night. And hey picking on freshmen could be mean never had that problem though because of previous family, and the fact that Im not a twig like the other ones and so most people thought that i was atleast a soph. anyway have fun

Grade 12 wasn't so bad at all.
One 80 minute english class, spare, then two 80 minutes blocks of Mechanics Advanced.
Next semester I had Social and another one..wasnt Math, finished that in Grade 11...
Anyway, it goes by fast, thats for sure.

I worked about 40-60 hours each week of my senior year. Didn't do much homework and somehow landed on the honor role a couple of those semesters.
It went quick..
PS.. The "real" world is basically the same as school. Replace the loud bell/buzzer with MS Outlook to remind you when the next meeting happens. Plenty of work that can become homework, some of the day spent surfing BC , and a good chunk of the day wasted chatting with your friends.
