Default Audio Gurus!

Need a way to get songs out of crappy MP4 format and into wmv or something that Windows Media Player and my Xbox can read

Tryed opeing it in WMP and saving as .wmv, that didnt work

The only thing I can think of is......do u have an audio input?? U could run a splitter from ur audio out....the split into the computer or recording device....record it on a wave program?? Just something I would try.... :?

Loopback recording.. What'* so hard to understand? Runa a spiltter from your Audi Out, one half can still got to the speakers, other half goes to Line In, or Microphone (won't sound as good, but will work). Then, record the Line In/Mic....

It'* be easier to find a software converter, but the loopback plan would work in a pinch...

Loopback = bad SQ, especially in a computer environment.

There are converters out there.

Yeah, but if it had to get done right this second....

There'* also software out there that will record anything playing on your computer. Again, probably some loss in quality, but better than nothing if you're in a hurry
