If it wasnt so cloudy I would have gotten on my roof and watched it take off. It goes past my city very quickly, a lot quicker than when we drove from jacksonville to kennedy. Way to go Nasa!!!!!!!

Just contemplating the engineering marvel of the shuttle. There have been some tragic moments, but just imagine putting something together like that for the first time and the many lauches after the first without a hitch. All thought out, imagined, planned, built and executed in the minds of people. Amazing!

Just watched the news and they noticed a bit of debris that came off the external fule tank... They are researching and will know more tomorrow...
